What is Undecimber’s refund policy?
We will not be able to process any refunds unless your products arrive damaged or defective.Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To initiate a return, you may contact us directly at joey@undecimber.co with your name, purchase date and the issues you encountered. Itemssent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
As a Thailand based company, we offer free shipping within Thailand. For orders over 50 USD, 50 Euro and 70 AUD, we will also offer free shipping options.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
What shipping methods does Undecimber offer?
For Thailand, we offer shipping via Post/Grab/Kerry depends on your location. For International Customers, we offer shipping via UPS/DHL/Other 3rd party providers.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products being intimate care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons once the product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, so please contact our customer service team if there are any issues with your order, and we will resolve them promptly.Thank you for understanding our commitment to ensuring that every product you receive is safe and untouched.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We cannot alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, email joey@undecimber.co with your Order Number. Our customer service team will do their best to reply you, however, we cannot guarentee cancellation once it has been processed.
I received damaged or incorrect items.
Please email us at joey@undecimber.co with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the incorrect or damaged items and we will send you the correct products asap!
What kind of payment method can we accept?
We accept all mainstream payment method from local popular payment like Promptpay to International credit cards like Visa, Master and American Express.
Can I pay with Thailand QR payment?
Yes, please choose OPN Payment during your checkout and select Promptpay for the QR code.
